Hi guys
I was hoping someone here may have experience of how to get to this holiday park. The prices seem pretty good for the stay itself and the reviews are seemingly good but its nearest airport is Florence 53km's away.
Are the trains any good? Its all extra cost i'm worried about. Looking at 5 nights, the first being on 10th Sept.
Can anyone advice me of any good sites to check italian trains ... and taxi's!! And roughly how much. We're flying from bristol prob if this helps but its more the travelling over there im uncertain of
Cheers

I've just started entering the competitions (July 07). When I win I'll update this signature. Look on the bright side, I shouldn't have to update it very often.

Hi I've had a look at the Eurocamp website and it looks as if you'll be flying into Pisa from Bristol.
The campsite is in Figline Valdarno so I've had at look at the train times for you. The train changes once, in Florence. A taxi from Pisa will cost you a fortune. The prices for the taxi are on the Eurocamp website too.
You could get a train from Pisa to Florence then look at getting a taxi from Florence to the site.
And taxi details. You can email them for a price?
Hope that helps.0 -
We've booked for this site next September. There's a lot of information on the Trip Advisor forums if you search for the site name. I'm dashing out otherwise I would have posted a link. I keep meaning to email the site to ask about taxis from the station. I'll bookmark this thread and post if I find anything out.0
