    I agree with everyone above, this is not a genuine offer.

    Please don't let your scent of a "bargain" overcome your common sense. Always remember that, if it sounds too good to be true, then is almost certainly is!

    I'm sure he is not London based, just another con.

    Tell him to eff off!.

    barak, have you tried the "number withheld" call barring service?, it might help.
