Hey All
I have purchased tickets from the above more than 6 weeks before the event. I still have not received my tickets. They have now removed their contact number from their site and their address (Based in Spain). Im in the proceeds at the moment of trying to get my money back. But as a warning
DO NOT USE unless you like loosing you money and talking to no one

If you have paid with VISA then you may have a safety net. Visa has a services called "Chargeback" (see here for full explaination http://www.visaeurope.com/merchant/operationsandsecurity/rulesandregulations/chargebacks.jsp).
Basically "Chargebacks are reversals of disputed sales transactions.". I have been talking to trading standards and they say that I should follow this path seen as I have bought my tickets with a visa debit. But I have to wait till friday 12:00pm because that is when they default our "contract".
I have the phone number, fax and address of the company from the 01/04/2008 and 07/08/2008 if any wants them, but both number's no longer exist and the address looks very phony0 -
Hi everyone,
Have been reading all your comments & others from other links re: SOS Ticketmaster. My girlfriend bought x2 tickets (July 26th) for Coldplay at Manchester MEN for Dec., 12 2008. We've NOT recieved anything yet & reading all these comments is extremely frightening & worrying. We realise is way to late to stop the transaction but does anyone know if we can do anything/contact anyone to see about getting our money back. Also is there an offical 'body' that complaints can be sent to for them to investigate or is it a case of "you're on your own". Any help at all would be most grateful from anyone.
Many thanks indeed0
