  • I mainly use vouchers for expensive stuff like furniture or computers, washing machines, tvs etc. There are websites with discount codes which automatically give you 10% off or 20% off goods ( it's really handy if you're spending £1000+). These websites can be found by googling them and they have codes almost all major shops like currys, comet, BHS, dixons etc. I used https://www.vouchercodes.com and i got a code for BHS which gives 15% off when you spend over £50 and as i was buying lights worth £240 i got £36 discount so i ended up paying only £206.
  • definateley a voucherista!!!

it was the Daily Mail £4 book tokens that got me addicted last year - found on this site of course! have been using vouchers, and collecting clubcard points to use on deals vouchers and must have saved many hundreds in the past year, got some freebies and found a new hobby!

I've not voted as none of them quiet feel right to how I use vouchers.I choose where I'm going/buying and then look for a voucher. Never embarrased, just don't let them rule my life. If I can't find some thing at a price I'm willing to pay (whether or not I need to use a voucher) I won't buy it.

    I'm a complete voucherista - I can't think of a restaurant I've been to lately where it hasn't been with a 2for1, £10 off or similar.

Also slightly obsessed with the current Boots vouchers - I'm using them to stock up ready for Xmas pressies!!!

My biggest problem is that I keep finding scrappy vouchers all over my flat which I have forgotten about and are now out of time..
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

I would use a voucher if i remember them. I'm really bad at getting a voucher thinking "ah that'll come in handy" then not using it.

I definitely use vouchers. I recently used my Tesco points (converted to Airmiles) to book a hire car in Spain. Total cost of hire car £259 and we got a free upgrade, as my mobility scooter wouldn't fit into the one ordered. How can anyone afford to pass up a saving of £259?

i love the tesco clubcard deals, get about £80 four times a year, so if i'm going out for dinner i'll pick somewhere that takes them - persuaded a friend to come for free pizza hut tomorrow lunchtime!

If it weren't for vouchers I wouldn't be able to take my grandkids out (Sun holidays, Legoland, Festival of Speed, Renault World Series, Motor Show etc etc), or have a few extra treats myself. Even small stuff like a free tub of cream cheese feels like a bit of a 'prize' iykwim. Only cut out/print the vouchers I will definitely use, or give them to my neighbour who's a single mum.
I know it has just happened but please could you tell me where to get a discount to Festival of Speed, any saving tips for next year would me much appreciated.
