Freeware PDF creators?

One thing to be aware of when creating PDFs is that (as far as i know, may be wrong) "printing to pdf" doens't seem to create as accessible files as "converting to pdf".
Newer versions of acrobat at least try and be accessible by tagging the contents of files when you convert them to pdf. I don't know how well the other alternatives out there do on this. Anyone?
If you are creating files to go on a web site then you will probably want to make them as accessible as possible, for legal reasons if nothing else.stay lucky!
