Who fixes Tomtoms?

My husband's Tomtom One isn't charging properly. He has to fiddle with the position of the charger until it shows that it is charging then hold it into place with an elastic band. We have tried buying a new charger but this didn't solve the problem, so it must be the actual Tomtom that needs fixing.
Does anyone know of a place that fixes them, please?

If you Google for "satnav repair" in the UK you get a few hits, but you'll probably get more choice - possibly even a local company - if you search for "games console repair", as they may be willing to quote for a satnav.
The thing that tends to be most difficult with this sort of repair is knowing how each specific device comes apart without causing further damage.0 -
TomTom usually have a 2 year warranty, rather than a year - so it may still be covered

If that's the case, it would still be covered.

Drat! It's older than I thought. We've had it two and a half years.
