Digital camera question

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but does anyone know of any digital cameras at the £200ish price mark that has movie mode where you can zoom while recording?
I was thinking of getting either the Konica Minolta X60, Fuji Z1 or Sony T3 but none of them have the option to zoom while recording.
Also, anyone got any idea how much I would get for my Fuji F610. Only a few months old, hardly used so as new, with Fuji case, spare battery and maybe (depending on if I buy another Fuji) a 1gig memory card?
