found a few vintage carrier bags in the loft..thought a collector might like them

is there any catagories on ebay to suit ? where could i offer such a thing for sale

I've just had a google for this to see if there was a term for carrier bag collecting, like "philately" for stamps.

Number 3 result on Google was this thread - less than an hour after making the post.

Is it any wonder why scammers and spammers like to target MSE if search results can be earned so quickly?!

why not put it in collectables? it counts if someone collects it surely

I don't there's a specific category for carrier bags, but under Collectables you could choose Other Collectables, Advertising, or the appropriate decade under Vintage/ Retro. There's also Collectables > Weird Stuff, which might suit if any have really daft advertising slogans or something, and carrier bags for fashion brands can go under Clothes, Shoes and Accessories, in subcategories Women's Bags or Vintage (again by decade).

I just typed into ebay "vintage carrier bags" and it found 6.
A 1980's M&S green one, Topman and some other ones that make me feel old...
