With the fridge and the generator you're actually doing quite well. You can keep the relevant food cool.
As others have said predominantly Vegetarian seem the best way.
To save space in the fridge for more dairy remember there are a number of packaged sausages etc that don't need refrigeration - things like the Matteson Pork Sausage and various ones from Lidl/Aldi which make meals nicer.
On an important note - what are you going to do if it rains and you can't cook?
Or is that when plan B kicks in?
By the way this has been very helpful for me - I'm in a similar situation this weekend - only without fridge, diabetic or vegetarian. So Thanks!
