NS&I savings, ex-pat- what should I do with it?

Ok well I've just posted a question on the ISAs thread, but I also have a NS&I savings bond and at the same time as reviewing the ISAs noticed NS&I has performed really badly this year. Question is, what can I do with it? Where can I put that 3000 to rest and make interest whilst I am abroad?
Thanks

It is not clear what bond you have got? As an expat you are not permitted to put any more money in an ISA. Therefore, I would suggest you consider NS&I index linked saving certificates. In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0
