Anyone having problems with A&L?

Thought I would be able to say different but in the same boat it seems as internet banking is messed up. Is there a problem using the card off-line as well

Tried to get some money out an ATM and couldn't so think thats !!!!!!ed too. Not sure about using the card in stores.

Mine didn't work in store. Very embarassing. Now switching to Halifax as I've had enough of A & L's excuse for customer service!

Wow that sounds like epic fail. Well, it's back up here and the balances are no more of a mess than usual

Wonder what they've been up to, have they got faster payments going outward yet?
