  • Thats wasting the earths resources, washing them between roasts-all that washing up liquid and hot water. Maybe just kill them off for 5 mins in a hot oven before adding the roast! (errrr joking-well maybe-and maybe not)

  • I have a silicone blue cake thingy. It makes lovely heart shaped cakes. Ahhhh. But my point is, The inside is shiny and the outside is bobbly. I'm guessing you need to use the tray shiny side up. But I am guessing.

    Thank you. I wondered that. I will now confess it's my son, not me, putting the roasties on it each Sunday (although I think I would have used it rough side up as well!)

    The brown stuff is staying on my silicone roasting dish. It's been through the dishwasher so all grease etc is gone, and that's good enough for me.
