Panasonic TX-26LXD 60 as a PC Monitor?.

Options
Hi, Can any one tell me if it is possible to use this LCD as a PC Monitor. I know that it does not have a PC socket, but hope that one of the Techie experts out there could advise of any way of connecting to my desk top.

Had a quick look at the specs and the only thing I can come up with is connect via the HDMI. HOWEVER, I read somewhere that the hdmi on a tv is NOT the exact same as a monitors (the signal im talking about)

So overall (and with the money involved) id say no. Go buy a monitor, it will LOOK far better, as they are designed to be used with computers which hdtvs are not (My pioneer looks a bit pap when on the internet through my PS3 ~ not a PATCH on my monitor) and will probably work out about the same money as it would to get your tv working (if that is actually possible)

U are correct, however a LCD TV with a PC input can be bought for broadly similar price to a monitor. ;)
