I have positive balance on my egg money card. How do i withdraw the surplus cash to my bank ac?

Egg is down at the moment, so I can't check but I think you need to go to "Move money".

Hi,

I had this problem - couldn't see any way to withdraw it under 'move money'. You need to send a secure message to Egg with the name of the account holder, the account number and sort code of the bank you want to send the money too. Takes a few days once you've requested it

I think 'move money' relates to the old Egg Card (Visa) method for BT's and maybe savings account transactions?

What you need is Egg Money admin/transfer a balance/overdraft.

Alternatively, either ring or secure message them asking for a BACS transfer to your external account.
