Does Anyone Have A Contact Number For Artificial Turf Company

I ordered an artificial turf samle after a post on here.The company forgot to put any postage on item and I was charged the postage and admin fee by RM. I phoned company who said they would send me the value in stamps.This was 3 weeks ago and no stamps-out of principal i wish to contact the company again but cannot find number- any ideas?

Sorry this is not a freebie but i cannot think how else to obtain this info.

Hi!!

I had this too!! it costed me £1.49!!!

I did have a quick search for the company but I cant locate it!!!

Very annoying as I didnt even get a sample, just a brochure!!

Just a brochure for me too.When I first called them they said they had a new Temp who mis stamped almost all the post!!! They did promise a sample with my stamps!!! Really want to "speak" to them again

Thanks lannyloo but i dont think it was this one- it was an earlier post and on the request form you had to put the size you may require if ordered after free sample

This happened to me too. At the time I didn't post any replies/info on here although I felt like letting eveyone on the site know - I thought that maybe mine was a one -off. My Post Office isn't close to where I live so I had bus fares there - after I had paid £1.49 to receive the item if was just a flat price list, with the wrong postage and in the wrong type of envelope, with no sample!!!!!!!

Sorry - just replied but also meant to add I'm afraid I didn't keep the pricelist so can not help with the tel. phone no. but as this has happened to others wanted everyone to realise it doen't seem to be a genuine mistake on their part or a one off.
