Can anyone suggest a tv card for my laptop for watching digital tv.

You don't need one!Just download Zattoo & watch all the freeview channels for free.

Any TV card will do the job. Hauppauge ones are good, as are pinical but even PC worlds "cheap" ones will do.
Ebay is your friend, you can pick one up for a few quid on there.
But, unless you have a good aerial, good reception etc. I wouldn't bother with a hardware solution... try the software or online players (provided you have the bandwidth for them).Rich0
