Microsoft word has stop working and I've tried repairing it and re loading it but it just won't start.
I keep getting the error message that it has experienced a problem and needs to close.
Any ideas what to do ??

Ensure you uninstall the faulty copy first, and then re-install. If problem persists then the problem may be to do with a faulty normal.dot template (this opens up as the blank sheet ready for use when you first start Word. Find and delete this and then re-open Word, it will then need to create a new normal.dot template and hopefully this will sort your problem. Good luck.0
