my huskey fridge problems...

hi, i have one of those huskey mini fridges with the glass window..
problem is that at the rear on the inside there always seems to be a build up of ice quite thick 3-4 cm? read the manual and it says defrost and remove. but it keeps comming back every couple weeks!
also it doesnt get very cold, and its on max level
any ideas?
