    It sounds like a retention deal - and a pretty good one at that.

    When I switched to Virgin, I had a few issues due to lack of communication and different people telling me different things.

    I told them i'd have to cancel the order because it worked out more expensive than Sky + Talktalk, and I was put through to retentions and I managed to get XL TV, full V+ use, evenings & weekends on the phone and broadband (can't remember the speed) for £30 a month for as long as I stayed.
