Quick internet explorer new window question

Options
How do you set it so a new window always opens in the maximum ? I have been playing about with my toolbar and they are opening very small.

Thanks in advance as I am setting my computer up from scratch after it breaking down.

I believe internet explorer opens new windows in the size you last had it at when you closed it down.
The best way to fix it should be
    Open IE
Maximise (the middle button at the top right of the window between the close and the minimise) the window
    Close IE
Re-open IE - It should now be fullscreen?

    Hope this helps

If you are opening a new window from within IE (i.e. holding the SHIFT key down whilst clinicking a hyperlink) then it will only open in a 'restored' size window, that is one that isn't maximised. The only way you could get anywhere near full screen would be to manually resize it by dragging the edges and the shut it down. The next time you do the SHIFT and click thing, it should be nearly there.

Alternatively just hit Alt, followed by SPACE, follwed by X. Maximises wonderfully without the need to find where your mouse pointer is.
