Wireless keyboard & mouse help...

Options
I've just bought myself a new wireless keyboard & mouse (Labtec) which works a treat. My only issue is whenever i turn the pc off & then on i get a 'keyboard not connected, hit F1' sort of message. I then have to pull out & reinsert my usb wireless receiver & then hit F1 for the pc to load up & everything to work...
Is this normal for all wireless keyboards or is there something i can do to make it just start up normally....?
What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!

Try Control Panel, Mouse, Hardware Tab matches your new Labtec wireless.

It sounds like the correct drivers have not been installed then. I have a Logitech cordless mouse and keyboard and it says 'Logitech HID Cordless Mouse+' when I look. Try installing the correct drivers.

Look in the BIOS for "Legacy USB Support" or "Legacy Keyboard Device." it may solve your problem
