Been off line for a few weeks. There was a flurry of negative threads about them about to go belly up. Whats their latest position?

The rights issue has ended and the feeling is that about 20% of investors took part with the remainder being left with the backers. That's marginally better than the recent Barclays rights issue and substantially better than HBOS achieved with its issue.
Richard Pym has been chosen as the new Chief Exec and this is due to be announced today or tomorrow.
Share price is hovering at the 55p mark and the general thought is that a takeover will be needed, but is unlikely to come until things settle.0
