I tried it last night with some cooked long grain rice, veg as in the birds eye and as I didn't have any season all (but will get some some) I used a bit of knorr veg stock granules that also say 'sprinkle to add flavour' on the tin. It was great and kids wolfed it down! I fried it in big pan with some butter as per the birds eye instructions.
I didn't have any left over this time, but would love to make in bulk and freeze for quick teas. All the supermarkets sell frozen rice so any advice on the safety aspect of freezing rice please?0 -
