I wasn't aware that SP3 was available, should I download SP3 now or is there no real need? Sorry if it seems like a stupid question, I just don't want to download it if I don't need to.

is it going to change your world and make your pc do things you can currently only dream of? no..
but its not going to destroy your pc either (hopefully)The orginal post in this thread has a very very slim chance of being about money saving. The post is more than likely to ask a question that google could answer better than any of us.0 -

Users/Tests have shown it makes your PC faster ~10-15% which is pretty sweet.
It broke my kerio 2.15 (caused blue screen of death) so I've had to switch firewalls but appart from that no major issues on any of the computers I have installed it on.0
