FSA critical of Payment Protection Insurance selling

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) published a report yesterday which was critical of the way many credit card issuers sell PPI. In particular, it felt that exclusions were often not fully explained to customers. This is something that Martin Lewis and others have pointed out many times.
