We went last year, it was OK I suppose, but a lot "rougher" than Haven which is where we usually go.
Don't expect a lot of the accomodation, if you have gone for budget. It really is very basic and if you are using the sofa bed they are uncomfy and are on a strange angle (been to prestatyn too and the sofa bed was the same)
I don't think I would go again, but we never explored the area so there are probably things you could do locally which hopefully someone else will help you with.0
