Structured Income Fund

Been looking around at some protected options for using ISA allowance for current tax year. No need to access funds for forseeable future. Have regularly funded S&S ISA in past on regular saver with varied portfolio - quite adventurous ... emerging markets and natural resources, etc. However, with current market conditions, I was looking to invest lump sum into a structured product.
I have found the Investec FTSE 100 & RPI Combination Plan which seems an attractive option. Fixed payment of 7.25% per annum plus inflation uplift over 5yr term with capital protection provided FTSE does not fall by more than 50%.
Has anybody got any thoughts on this product??
