Would like a Current Account with Web Cashback & No Restrictions

Hi
Basically I am looking to apply for a bank account, but would like the following from it:
Web Cashback (like Quidco TopCashBack etc)
No limit on what needs to be paid in each month
No monthly fees
The only thing I will use it for is to enable me to benefit from the numerous bookies offers (and Cashback!) that are now unavailable to me due to my current bank account being on their system already
Thanks
