Hey,
We want to register a domain for a new website, but the domain we'd like is already in use. There is an email address for the site, but was just wondering if it's possible to transfer ownership, and what kind of things I should ask in the email to try and seal the deal.

There is a website at the domain, but its nothing special. I don't really have a clue if they'll sell it, but I thought I'd ask them anyway.0
