It can only be paid into a joint account.
If you don't have one send a letter signed by both of you asking for a cheque in one of your names.0 -
We got a simple bs account in both our names, means I can pay cheques in for both of us, when it has cleared i just get a cheque for the "right" account, usually quicker than a reissue.0

Hi
about 3 weeks ago I received a cheque from the Guides for refund for trip. It had both mine and my husbands name on it. We do not have a joint account but I had no trouble paying it into my Nationwide Flexaccount. I dont know If Its normal practise but the csa did not saying anything about it.0
