zanussi tumble dryer

Hi. My zanussi tumble dryer about 6yrs old has just stoped spinning.I had opened it up and the drum belt is fine but the motor is making a buzzing sound. If I take the belt of the motor pully the motor starts to spin and does not make a buzzing sound.
It is only under load when the motor is not working properly.
What I want to know is, is it the motor that is faulty or this something else like the motor condensor.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
