Microsoft Updates Will Not Install, Windows Updates Do

I have tried several times to download the microsoft updates but they just wont install. Is anyone else having this problem?
All the windows updates installed fine its just these that didn't

Security Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB921598)
Security Update for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 (KB948988)
Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB955434)
Security Update for Microsoft Office Word 2003 (KB95446
Theres a laptop in the house thats downloaded all of them fine and another pc thats downloaded them fine, its just this pc that wont install them

Found a solution and it fixed it in case anyone else might have same problem at some stage
