i just emailed them to ask if this catalogue is the welcome pack and to tell them if it is i am not pleased as i didnt sign up for a catalogue only an email, so they have already used my address to send me junk mail.

i dont mind signing up to emails as i can always unsubscribe, but i didnt consent to being on their postal mailing list.

i would suggest that people email to ask the same question

I agree Mrs Angry. I also should have checked the last post before signing up (sumosami). Perhas we should all email them to say that we want to be taken off their mailing lists and that we want them to take our details off their system?
