HI all here is the reply from JML with regards the the welcome pack.
lets hope we get a good pack;)


Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding the Welcome Pack.
I can advise that this is not the welcome pack that you have received. We are currently in the process of printing the new Welcome Pack which should be ready to send out in the next few weeks.

The updated version of the Welcome Pack will be known as the Thank You Pack.

All customers who have registered for the Welcome Pack who have not yet received a copy will be sent the new Thank You pack.

They are PRINTING the new pack?! That means we will get hot off the press junk! It will just be a few leaflets, maybe some money off vouchers if we are lucky.

got mine just now and it's crap.included 2 vouchers that can be used online/Sky ( no thought about a shop) and the vouchers have to be used in November ( yes 3 days) and december

Same here, mine went in the bin. Wouldn`t be so bad if you could use the voucher in a shop to get something, but just online/Sky is pretty poor.

i've emailed the woman i contacted in August saying how disgusted i was.who buys things online when they can get them for the same price instore? i don't pay postage unless i have to

Maybe I'm the only one, but I tend to get the JML things I need online, but through pigsback / ipoints ... more often than not, the shops dont have what I need, plus I get points ordering online. I hope I get some money off vouchers though ... they'll be useful to me!
