Hi
Can any one help have defaulted on my credit card as suffering a bad period at moment and am doing a debt management plan, to sort out my finances.
Am unable to use my credit cards as defualted on them.
Can I still try to claim back unfair charges.

Can you be more specific, do you just want to claim back charges or do you wish to wipe off all the debt on your credit card, which can be done if your card was issued before april 2007?0 -
