Natwest taking us to Court

Yeah... that is what angers me soo much.
Might have to go to the bank with a furrball and ask them to explain.:j Proud to be dealing with my debts:j0 -
I am confident that, because we are already in a DMP with CCCS that any Court will see it unreasnable for Natfest to pursue this debt any further than I can give, financially. I am aware that they are looking for the full amount and that is fine. We owe it! But I cannot see it as reasonable to make a judgement where our endeavours will NEVER repay the debt.
Sheesh. And now the toilet is leaking...... Natwest gods descend???

I've got a couple here (furballs) that you can borrow, leaf.
I know it's frustrating, but it's probably best to wait until Monday an talk with CCCS.

I am scared, but welcoming, a court case. Particularly in the present financial climate of all others struggling. This is just crazy and I would like to be prepared to challenge Natwest.
Think I'll ask for an extension to get as much info as poss.
Really appreciate your help Rog.:j Proud to be dealing with my debts:j0 -
LOL...
Anyone choosing to tap in on them can have the debts!!
Not that! It is admittedly a tiny risk (especially in this case), but creditors/DCAs do read these forums.
There have been a few cases on other forums of people's cases/defences being compromised due to information they have posted. It's not likely that any harm would be caused in this case, but it's never a good idea to post information here that can uniquely identify you.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

This is just the type of 'smug' comment that can be expected from someone who posts one thread stating that 'he has £360k to invest' then continues to post abusive comments on other threads.
In other words, the actions of a 'Troll' for which he has, along with his posts, been reported to 'abuse'.
His/her vitriolic posts will, eventually, disappear, but, in the meantime it will probably be best just to ignore him/her.
By all means report any of his/her posts as abusive, if you find them so, but please don't try to feed the troll.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
