any computer you buy these days will surf the net download music and do book keeping.
do you require a monitor with it?

    just get something from dell

i would upgrade the OS to vista business and maybe and get over 2gb ram but you dont need anyting flash
i had a quick look and u can get plenty for around £400 that will do the job
for a better deal phone them up
The orginal post in this thread has a very very slim chance of being about money saving. The post is more than likely to ask a question that google could answer better than any of us.
  • Try the second unit listed on this page - prob better value than anthing from tesco - should do all you need

You could also try looking at dell direct, I know my local tesco has a dell machine on show, but its pretty pricey.

Dell do good machines but used to use really cheap parts, they are reliable enough machines now!

Yes they do cheap pc's and parts are cheap too. Fine for most things as you cant often get the parts for the price when you factor is OS.

But for gaming I know op doesn't play games, better to get a prebuilt system or build your own as I am at mo, taking me ages to do research on what's best
