Well it is the 16th but i still cant get the overdraft facility to work on the natwest site

they have not identified a current account that qualfies for an overdraft
anyone else getting this error and what can i do to fix? i would phone them as someone suggested to me on another forum but we dont have a landline and i need to go buy some credit

Since your post is on the student forum, im assuming your talking about their student/graduate account, if so you will have to call them im afraid, their online site doesnt let you manage the overdrafts on these accounts, same as the halifax!!0

I've literally just rang about mine (08456013366 - option 2 - option 3) and the lady just sorted it out
£1250 approved - took about 10 minutes in total.
Perhaps they could ring you back?0
