Hi,
Any advice info gratefully received. I am trying to help my Mum out. She needs a laptop and doesn't have any spare cash. Her contract is up with Toucan for broadband and landline(not good customer support!) where she got 100 units Sim card for mobile, landline rental, inc evening and weekend calls and has freeview. She can't hardly ever use her mobile mins as there isn't any coverage in her house or garden really (middle of the countryside for you)!?!! Not worth getting broadband though if not getting a free laptop as my old one of mine she had is no longer
Cost her last month:
£12.15 calls (£8.94 to mob's as she can't use mob SIM!!!)
£7.65 line rental
£12.76 Surf
£6.38 Mobile
£39 inc VAT
I have been looking at cashback sites, then the AOL laptop offer ( she can't get Virgin/ cable and then even possibility of extra TV as Sky offering £70 cashback through Quidco etc... and then BT with free hub thingy (£35 Quidco). OR a mobile deal with laptop inc (FREE they call it!). Well, basically confused myself.
I was hoping someone out there had done this sort of thing before and had some advice to do them singularly or in one lump or what!!!
Anyhow, I am trying to get her as much as poss for as little as poss (as we all are!!!) but just bamboozled and wanted to know if anyone more knowledgeable who could help!
Wish there was a everything at once comparison checker thingy!!!
THANKS!!

Green and minimal chemicals is the new black- I know a fair old bit about sustainability, specially energy and transport stuff. If I can help- please ask!
