Good evening,
Im not great when it comes to understandig bank accounts and money, but even to me it seemed like a good idea ti change to the A&L Premier current account online, i was expecting them to give me the facility of an overdraft with my new account, but i have just received an email to say they can not offer me one at this time, but my application has been successful.
On my application i said they could change my DD and standing orders etc, now without an overdraft to match my old account, is it easy just to cancel my application, as i dont seem to be able to get hold of anyone and im expecting a welcome pack trhough my door any day.
I hope someone has some advice as i need my O/D and really dont want to be out of money if they change my account and ill end up out of packet as it is at the moment.
Any thoughts?
