Stoozing and SBT

in Credit cards
Having needed to transfer a balance off my Barclaycard and onto a 0% card, I applied for 2 to cover myself if I got rejected. To help my application, I put the amount I wished to transfer in the BT box at the bottom of the form.
Fortunately, both cards accepted me and both transferred the balance to B/card leaving it with a credit balance. I rang b/card to transfer the balance back to 1 of the cards.
The answer I got was can't do that but we can transfer it to your current account! Needless to say I said yes and it will be winging its way into a high interest bank account.
Is this a possible SBT route to use regularly, or should I accept my good fortune and move on?

If you do it regularly it may attract unwanted attention from their fraud dept. There is nothing inherently wrong with doing it (if the Ts & Cs allow), buy putting a credit card into a high positive balance is not a 'normal' transaction and can arouse suspicion. Also, you may find that they send the BT back to the originating card.
The Egg Money card can routinely be put into a positive balance. They expect you to use the card that way.
