I'm not either
but what I did was say I was buying it for someone else (which I was) and when they gave me a price I said I would have to check with the person and I'd ring them back. I didn't ask for discount but instead asked if there was any 'extras' they could throw in. When I phoned the guy back he gave me a great deal :beer: . Don't think of it as haggling for yourself, think of how you'd haggle to save your son money.
