eee pc questions

Hi
Just a couple of quick questions for those that have one or are familiar.... Can you connect it to a larger screen, or to another computer? And can you use regular wired broadband?
Thanks

    Yes and yes!

Larger screen and wired broadband - don't know about another pc
  • Thanks for that, sorry it took me awhile to respond.
  • The EEE will connect readily to another PC either peer to peer (cable), ad hoc or wirelessly. The Linux version will search for other computers using it's File Manager utility but you need to set up workgroups, file sharing permissions etc.

The instruction manual is pretty clear about setting this little gem up.

Have fun with it but if you are a Linux newby like me then I suggest that you get used to it a bit before experimenting with "the console".

I have only had to restore mine once after fiddling :o

It sounds great, just have to do a little saving first!
