Magazine 'Freebies' - WOMAN/Lancome

Did anyone else apply for the offer for a 'free' Lancome Juicy Wear lip gloss from Woman magazine? This offer was run in conjunction with !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and you had to pay £1.99 postage.
I never received mine, so I complained and was told that a replacement had been sent out.This too did not arrive:mad: :mad: , so I complained and sent numerous E-mails, being irritated that they had had my money and I hadn't received my lip gloss. I'm sure they thought I was fibbing, but I find it hard to believe that not only the original item went 'astray' but also the replacement - what are the chances of that happening? I receive items from QVC safely all the time, so I think something doesn't ring true here.
Anyway, many E-mails to Beauty !!!!!! later and I'm told that my £1.99 has been refunded so that I am 'not out of pocket', but I'm still waiting for the credit in my bank account:mad: :mad: .............................

The name is just coming up as lots of !, which indicates that the company is a repeat spammer on MSE.

Thanks for that - seems strange though as on an earlier post, someone told me that they did actually receive their lip gloss. Also this was a promotion in Woman magazine, so I'm very puzzled
