Can anyone help as i keep getting this message when im trying to download something.

If it's IE that you're using, have you tried double-clicking on the globe in the bottom right-hand corner and adding the URL that you are trying to download from to your "Trusted Sites" list?0

Ive tried that aswell. Im trying to update my itunes which came with this message. Ive enabled active x and downloads in the internet settings aswell. I thought i would try downloading AVG aswell but the same thing happens.
