Thanks for that.
Nouvelle loo rolls are £2.62 for 12 in Somerfield if you've got one near you.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0 -

No... don't get too excited... they are the most expensive supermarket going, by quite some way in my opinion. I only go there if they've an offer on, to nosey at the oops items (reduced) or if I'm desperate.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

Somerfield has really great half-price & BOGOF offers! Certainly worth a visit if you're in the area.
My nearest doesn't have free parking (town centre site) so I find I can't usually carry all that I want to buy whenever I drop in.0 -

real useful every day groceries then???, this is why the big supermarkets get me soooooo mad, they never really knock much off the essentials do they?Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -
My SF price matches Tesco on loads/most of the items....
Neither of mine do other than on a few essentials, and they're both very close to the giants (Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury).TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

Sometimes they do, but you do have to keep your eye out, and it helps to shop around and tart the best offers.
Asda just had a weekend where they reduce the price of several essentials down to 50p.
I believe Morrisons have some 50p offers on at the moment.
Aldi and Lidl both have discount fruit and veg promotions on now.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
