There PLATINUM Barclaycard has a APR of 17.9% :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:, which is the same rate as there STUDENT Barclaycard and Grauduate Gold Barclaycard.

Whilst the APR is the same, the benefits package that comes with the card it not. The Platinum card comes with a number of 0% offers which the others dont.

If you wanted a card for purchases (rather than 0%) then there are others that can beat the Barclaycard rate.

First, no one should be paying interest on credit cards, ideally.

Second, don't Barclaycard now offer a reduced APR option where above minimum payments are made by the cardholder? [Is it 9.9 if paying 5% per month or something like that?]
