There are many variations to get the TS for 1p or very little in the last few pages, you only need to mag voucher to do this.

In my locals there is a real shortage of TD now the vouchers are out again :rolleyes:

The way I done it was get voucher out of HB mag. The first time i used it i got a shampoo and condtioner at £4.49 each but ended up paying £2.51
But if you get a £6.99 item with a £4.49 item it comes up as a penny!!
Its because they are on offer at the minute as 2 for £7 so if you get a £6.99 item it leaves a penny to pay to get it to £7 and if you pick a £4.49 item it make £2.51 to pay to get it to £7

Hope that makes sense???

So it works out better to get a £6.99 than a cheaper one!!!

The TS glitch needs the "free Long Hair product" WYB any TS Professional - MAG coupon

Buy the TS serum @ 6.99 and any other item (must be a Long Hair product) and the till makes the discount to the 2 for £7. Hand over the FREE voucher and it takes off the cost of the Long Hair product so if you had the Long Hair serum @ 6.99 it will take off 6.99 leaving 1p to pay.

If you go for a cheaper item, like the shampoo at 4.49 you will pay £2.51

The till will take the discount to £7 and then deduct the Long Hair item as the freebie . HTH!

thanks for the info. i wanted a mag as have not managed to get one yet cos my local boots is tiny and hasnt had one since i started going in there. Good to know that i can get the jk files there and the td wipes.

Back to Boots, I haven't been here as long as most people on this thread but feel it should be pointed out that if a glitch is denied by a SA, as frustrating it may be at the time, they are within their rights to do what they perceive to be part of their job.
If we don't want these 'perks of Bootsing' clamped down on, we should really not demand our deal but either politely refuse the items saying you've miscalculated OR buy them and return at a later date. The same thing happened with the Natural Collection bag that was going through the til at 0.00 instead of when you spent £5 on that range. Some short sighted person took 10 bags! through the til in one transaction and pretty soon after that, the glitch was fixed. The less fuss we all make the more people get good deals and for longer and surely that will work in everyones favour.
Re: the No7 and getting the GWP spending the least amount possible. I certainly understand people wanting to achieve this as I too don't want to spend £20 to qualify. When getting the suncare items BOGOF last week (to get the last GWP, the make up palette) the SA told me I had to find something else to add if I wanted to get the GWP. I politely said that I thought the GWP would go through with what I had already bought and would she try it for me? She did and feigned surprise when it worked. If she had refused I would have left the items there but the last thing I want to do is make an enemy of any staff in Boots, rather the opposite, I want the heads up on new products etc first!

Must admit I haven't bought many nail files as my points balance is not as important to me as money spent. The Trevor Sorbie offer is fantastic at the moment and also the Mitchum (thanks Broclo) which is great for qualifying for the pink No 7/R&M vouchers and til spits. I have a sneaking suspicion our shelves will be empty of Time Delay stuff and I dont know when I will have time to go back to Boots. :PityMeSmilie: :rotfl:
