hiya everyone,

spent some points today took oh to boots with me & he spotted a digital photo frame, kodak one looks really good!

can anyone reccomend any no7 foundation & blusher?
ive been using avon make up & been coming out in a rash & makes me itch,

It's got to make up for tonight's Bootsing on Cambridge Retail Park (I caved in and went 2 days early, ok? )

The minute I walked in the door the (new?) security guard stuck to me like glue...where ever I was, he was watching me. For 20 minutes. He made me feel like a criminal and I wasn't doing anything wrong - I was just browsing looking for bargains. Time Delay stuff under £5 - nothing, apart from one lonely cleansing lotion which had been put back in the wrong place :j Another one of those ltd edition eyeshadow palettes jumped into my basket but that one's for a present...or so I keep telling myself...Plus I got another set of till spits when I bought it...I was a good Buffy and gave my much loved sister-in-law a big bundle of unused makeup at the weekend though (lots of No7) which she was chuffed with

But that security guard...I like a bargain...I AM NOT A THIEF...GRRRRRR!!!

Lucky you, you must be good looking to be so stared at I think security guard sometimes follow me, but most of time I'm so busy with my bootsing that hardly ever notice him, lol :rotfl: My advice is try to use their baskets even for your own handbag, mobile etc, security guard want to see what are you putting in your pocket - is it your mobile or any item that you didn't pay? They're just doing their job, and I don't mind if someone follows me, it's so much better to be noticable, it makes me feel pretty :rotfl:

Also someone mentioned before, but I think there're too many pages to read every message, so just in case:

No7 Suncare seems to be HALF PRICE and still BOGOF. All loyal Bootsers should still remember 341 and 641 glitch!

I think Boots just wants to clear the shelves before summer ends / Christmas shopping begins, so don't be sorry for taking advantage of this, but be loyal - always buy all your possible stuff here - I'm really loyal customer and never let my husband to buy any water filters, nappies, wipes, shampoos and conditioners, hand washes, toothpastes, toothbrushes, nail files, after shaves, razors, photos, vitamins, medicines, baby food (and clothes for sometimes), gifts, phone top-ups, photo albums, memory cards, batteries, hair colours, cosmetics, tights etc etc etc anywhere but Boots. Be loyal and reward yourself with some glitches, just don't be greedy - there're lots of us who want to take advantage of good offers
It's a big shame Boots don't sell groceries, isn't it? :rotfl:

Lol, same mum, thats when I first got you into Bootsing, and you didn't believe i'd get 6 items for 50p XD! Dispite getting more for the GWP. Has anyone got more of a list? I've bought a few suncare items last few days, none have been reduced.

I was not here for these amazing sounding offers like 641 etc but they certainly sound like my kind of deals! :j
Don't the SAs have mini heart attacks though? Mine always look surprised enough when I don't have to buy double of the BOGOF suncare items to qualify for the GWP, so god only knows how they'll cope if they're further reduced.
So am i right in thinking I could for example, buy 4 x Tan Maintainers @ the new price of £5, the till recognise the full £20 price for the GWP, then I can use the pinkie and still only pay £5 cash??





Please Bootsers keep your fingers crossed for my poor dog, he got into a fight recently and now needs the wound flushing out PLUS he's having his precious bits removed while he is under sedation today!

TOTAL FOR ALL 4 = £ 5.75 (use the 'pinkie) PAY :- 75p

AND use the ACM '500 points wyb 2 p&p skincare range'???? (being too greedy now - GWP!!!!)

Would be greatful if anyone could let me know what is classed as P&P 'Skincare'

this thread moves so quick! right Loughbrough store has lots of TS mags but not a lot of clearance sorry to whoever wanted the baby bag they had none, i hope you have found one! finally got the TS glitch bt a bit of a warning be careful with the glosser i got the brunette one and lots of red stuff came out when i washed my hair it does say in tiny writing could transfer on to towels i nearly had to buy newones so thought id give a heads up. also has anyone seen that you can trade in your old phone or ink cartridge for points its on the boots website but check the tradeback value with other sites sometimes its not as good.

also can i vent a min, went to westfield derby had a good time my friend and i had vouchers galore but no TS so we went to the kingsway one instead. her mums just had cancer and is just getting her hair back so she wanted to treat her to some posh stuff. anyway the security gurad was glaring at us through the glass doors before we walked in i then took her to the clearnce section and he followed us and made a passing comment to SA bout how i always go there first in a derogatory tone, i heard and was embarrased he made me feel like i was tight! we then went round the shop he followed us (they had no TS long) when we did want to pay my friend tried to do it at the NO7 till which he was standing behind (she doesnt know who he is) and he just ordered her to go to another till really rudely. she was livid i was embarrased as i was showing her my local store IYKWIM. moral of the story i am never never shopping there again. i was made to feel like i was cheap and doing something wrong when i wasnt!:mad:
