I'd also say that it is not just the lack of training and communication regarding the vouchers, but also the attitude of the SA's which is really making it difficult for you.

Thankyou broclo that is a really good idea, i will give them a ring tomorrow, it is really putting me off shopping there.

Why thankyou for the compliment , glad I am considered a true Bootser but we all know Broclo is the best . I have got a few no 7 things reduced including Lash Extensions Mascara £5 (so free) apparently reduced nationwide so try even if no SEL. I also got a No7 handcream £5.13 (13p to pay) and really reviving spritz £5.13 (again 13p to pay). There are various body creams, palettes etc reduced but i've not found them yet. With skincare spit the freebies are Time Delay under £5 and if your lucky 200 mag points scan too SA willing. Also Sanctuary masks you can get £5 worth free so with each spit possibly pay the difference , about 30p for 3 I think (not got these either as I was confused, also SK mentioned some are on 342 so she had got Collagen something or other £2.50 x 3 £o to pay

I'm am often followed round by the Security Guard - ha ha. I now like to play my little game of looking round quickly and smiling at him, don't think he really knows how to handle that. :rotfl:

The security guard in that store seems to follow me and said hello to me the oh day. Also while in store my niece had a boots mag, and we were going to get it at the till but then she dropped it and i had already paid so was going to get it, but the sa came and picked it up, so we go another one and went to look around the store and the sa came and said to me you didn't pay for that magazine, you need to pay for it, have you got a magazine, i said yes and that im going to get it with my card. Am a bit worried about phoning cs, don't want them to take my points off me.
